12th Annual International Women’s Day Forum:
Business Powering Gender Equity

Women have encountered seismic shifts in how they work and live during the past two years. As the world continues its recovery from the pandemic and adapts to a new normal, the environment remains uncertain for women who face critical obstacles in workforce participation and achieving equality. Women are leaving the workforce or downshifting their careers at a faster pace than men, reports of burnout are at record highs, and labor shortages persist for businesses around the world. Despite these challenges, the pandemic has presented a unique opportunity to create new models and systems that work better for women so that they can reach their full potential.

Hosted in partnership with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation hosted our 12th Annual International Women’s Day Forum on March 3-4, 2022, to discuss how businesses, nonprofits, and governments can seize this moment to reinvent and drive sustainable progress for women.
