The seventh Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) National Learning Network (NLN) Summit will be September 29-30, 2026. 

We are planning another incredible lineup of speakers for panel discussions, workshops, and the latest TPM and U.S. Chamber Foundation updates to help take your talent pipeline efforts to the next level—no matter where you are in your implementation. 

• Registration for the Summit is now open!
• We are seeking Summit speakers! Submit a proposal for a main stage, breakout, or TPMx session. Stipends available.
• A hotel room block available at time of registration on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Pre-conference programming will occur at the U.S. Chamber on September 28 and is available only to TPM Leadership (TPM Academy faculty, fellows, and mentors).  
• Travel stipends are available on a case-by-case basis.
