Andy Katz-Mayfield is the Co-Founder and CEO of Harry’s Inc., an organization building the next great consumer product brands.

Harry's, the company's flagship brand, was founded in 2013 after Andy had a bad experience trying to buy razor blades. Harry’s ambition is to create exceptional shaving and personal care products that better meet the needs of modern men.

Harry's Inc. also recently launched an organization called Harry’s Labs, which leverages the Harry’s platform to support exceptional entrepreneurs in building and scaling the next great consumer brands.

Formerly, Andy worked at private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners and Bain & Company. He graduated from Duke University with a BA in Public Policy and has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Andy currently splits his time between Los Angeles and New York City, where he lives with his wife and daughter.
