Tamika Tremaglio is the Managing Principal of Deloitte’s Greater Washington practice, the area’s largest professional services firm with about 14,000 professionals providing market-leading services in audit, tax, advisory and consulting. Deloitte serves most of Greater Washington’s marquee brands and is active with many of the community’s most influential organizations and initiatives.

A frequent speaker on topics intersecting business and societal trends, Tamika has been an outspoken advocate for equity, wellness, corporate social responsibility and the role mentoring plays in bridging divides. Related
to this is her view that the pandemic, digitization, and shift to more virtual environments will make kindness and diversity, equity and inclusion more essential to customers and businesses.

Tamika serves on 13 boards, including Born This Way Foundation. Tamika has helped advance the Foundation’s mission “to build a kinder, braver world” by launching a concerted kindness program within Deloitte’s Greater Washington practice and throughout Deloitte’s U.S. organization.
