This event will include the release of illuminating and thought-provoking data from a recent U.S. Chamber Foundation and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) survey that gauged how employers think about their current investments in the workforce, the challenges they face in offering them, and what their appetite is for innovating how they invest, whether through training or employee benefits. We will also hear from participants in our inaugural Talent Finance Design Workshop who are designing pilots to launch in their communities.
