Internships (and apprenticeships, and fellowships, and all the ‘ships) are crucial for preparing individuals and connecting talent with opportunity. They are essential for building a sustainable workforce. That's why, after seeing internship opportunities drop by 49% this year amid Covid-19, The DeBruce Foundation launched vShips, an initiative that equips employers and employees to pivot to - and learn from - virtual internship opportunities. 

As part of vShips, the Foundation has been convening free virtual roundtables for employers and managers across the country interested in developing or improving virtual internships in their company.
