The Coalition to Back Black Businesses (CBBB), was established in September 2020 by American Express, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the National Black Chamber of Commerce, National Business League, U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., and Walker’s Legacy. CBBB is a multi-year grantmaking and training initiative to help support Black-owned small businesses as they recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and chart a path forward. The initiative launched in Fall 2020 provides grants to qualifying Black-owned small businesses.  This virtual event will explore the experiences of previous CBBB winners, lessons these winners have learned that helped grow their businesses, lessons the winners have used to create successful partnerships, also how to use coaching and mentoring to achieve growth.
