Base Access Overview

Luke AFB is a controlled access installation. Base access is required for all representatives from your organization planning to attend the event. If you do not have a DOD-issued ID card (i.e., retired military or dependent ID) and do not currently have base access privileges, you must submit for base access.

Employers are responsible for submitting their own base access request. All Employer Representatives must register for the event with HOH and submit a request for base access. There is NO Trusted Traveler. There is NO day-of access.

Please note: For guests to be granted base access, they must be a U.S. citizen or be in possession of an Employment Authorization Card or Permanent Residence Card, not convicted of any major crime (DUI’s 2 or more) within the last 5 years, not convicted of any felonies within the last 10 years, not convicted of sexual assault, drug distribution, espionage/treason, or murder, and must possess a valid government form of identification (USA Passport / State Identification / State Driver’s License).
