As PayPal’s Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging (DIE&B), Kim Jenkins works to ensure these guiding principles are deeply embedded within the organization’s values and reflected in the company’s commitments to employees and customers. In this role, she guides PayPal’s companywide DIE&B strategy, as well as the development and implementation of values-led initiatives that bolster the company’s culture of equity and belonging. She brings a global perspective to this work, with an intentional focus on inclusive talent acquisition, development, retention and employee engagement efforts.
Prior to joining PayPal, Kim served as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for Key Bank and was responsible for enterprise strategies to maintain a diverse and inclusive workforce, workplace and marketplace. Kim is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and capital markets leadership roles at Bank of America, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan Chase.
Kim previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Urban League of Greater Cleveland, where she was on the Executive Committee as Treasurer, Chair of the Finance committee, and co-chair of the Audit committee. She also completed a five-year term on the Board of Directors of the Greater Cleveland YMCA.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is Six Sigma certified.
