Glenn Williams is the Chief Diversity Officer and VP, HR for Qualcomm. In this role, Glenn overseas DEI, Corporate Giving, People Compliance and Employee Relations. He brings nearly 13 years of strategic D&I and legal experience to Qualcomm. Glenn also worked in various HR roles for leading multinational companies including Amazon and ExxonMobil. Prior to his HR roles, he was a practicing attorney and a US Army combat Veteran.

Additionally, Glenn is highly active in the community, particularly volunteering his time to mentor at risk boys. He is also on the board of both the USS Midway Museum and the San Diego County Big Brothers Big Sisters. A native of Chicago, IL, Glenn earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with advanced degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Oklahoma. He resides in San Diego, Ca, with his wife and two daughters.
