Job openings and quit rates are at record highs. We know that care and economic circumstances surrounding COVID-19 have complicated matters for women to return to work, but women’s participation in the labor force has been on a continual decline in the U.S. since the late 1990s. What incentives can be used to bring women back into the economic engine? How can companies retain them?
