Description

Job openings and quit rates are at record highs. We know that care and economic circumstances surrounding COVID-19 have complicated matters for women to return to work, but women’s participation in the labor force has been on a continual decline in the U.S. since the late 1990s. What incentives can be used to bring women back into the economic engine? How can companies retain them? This session will explore alternatives like returnships, flex work, expanding career development, pay equity, and more.
