He is an experienced manager with over 28 years of Research Innovation, Shared Services and Global System Integration experience. He has worked with numerous leading Global and Canadian organizations including Target, Best Buy, UNFI, GE Healthcare, GE ED&C, ABB, Dow Chemicals, Sun Life Insurance, Scotia Bank, ADP, Canada, Michelin Tires, GE Fleet Services. He has successfully competed specialization in Deep Learning (Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks, hyper parameter tuning, regularization and optimization, Convolutional Neural Networks, Sequence Models). He is certified Product Owner and Scrum Master. He is a certified Green Belt (GB). The exceptional breadth in industry and international experience gained over the years assisted Tarit in creating teams that assisted in gaining Customer Delight, brought “on rails” runaway projects
