Nic Sukitsch is a core member of the Health Care, Social Impact, and Public Sector practices at Boston Consulting Group, and one of the firm’s leading experts in global health. His project work focuses on strategy and innovation across a range of disease and therapeutic areas including malaria and other mosquito-borne diseases, maternal and child health, HIV, tuberculosis, oncology, and other non-communicable diseases. Nic has also worked in other health care areas including biopharma and payers and providers.

During the COVID pandemic, much of Nic’s work has focused on the public health response, including solutions to improve access to oxygen, and support for domestic and international COVID vaccine programs. This work builds on a strong foundation of experience exploring the applicability of cutting edge innovations in the public health context, including advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Nic’s projects have taken him to six continents, for projects in low and middle income countries as well as frontier markets. Leveraging this experience, Nic serves as a co-node in Washington for BCG's emerging markets focused Global Advantage practice. Beyond Nic’s project work, he is the global lead for the Pride@BCG mentor program.

Before joining BCG, Nic worked as a Senior Business Analyst at the Carlyle Group. Prior to that, he spent three years in technology consulting at Acumen Solutions.
