Allison serves as the Head of Diversity & Social Responsibility for Roark Capital, a private equity firm with $19 billion assets under management, focused on franchised and multi-unit business models in the retail, restaurant, consumer and business services sectors. The multi-unit brands in the portfolio, such as Arby’s, Sonic, OrangeTheory, and Driven Brands, generate approximately $43 billion in annual system revenues from 42,000 locations and employs 725,000 people. Allison previously served on the Executive Team at Miller’s Ale House as the Vice-President of Marketing. Prior, she held global and domestic brand and marketing roles with The Coca-Cola Company & Sprint, as well as developing and launching two start-up concepts in the retail & restaurant industries. Allison earned her undergraduate and MBA degrees from Cornell University, where she is currently serving on a 6-year appointed term on the President’s Council of Cornell Women to advance and champion women; and, a 4-year appointed term on the Cornell Council that liaisons with the Board of Trustees. She also serves on the Board of The Michelle McGann Fund and the Committee of the Boys & Girls Club Southeast Youth of the Year.
