Noah Patton is the Manager of Disaster Recovery at the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) where he coordinates the NLIHC-led Disaster Housing Recovery Coalition – a group of over 900 local, state, and national organizations working to ensure that all disaster survivors receive the assistance they need to fully recover – and provided policy guidance and technical assistance for disaster housing recovery efforts across the country. Noah previously worked to provide legal and housing assistance to families and veterans experiencing homelessness in Baltimore City, where he currently lives. Noah received a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from McDaniel College. He has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 2018.
