Jim Kelly is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Business Resiliency at Fiserv, overseeing enterprise-wide resilience strategies.
Previously, at First Data Corporation, Jim served in Business Development, leading the First Data Cannabis Program. He also held the role of Senior Business Control Officer, managing risk and compliance for Global Financial Solutions, Global Business Solutions, Network Security Services, International Operations, and Sales. Before First Data, Jim was Managing Director and Global Head of Resiliency & Crisis Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a position he assumed following the merger with Bear Stearns. At Bear Stearns, he was a Managing Director/Principal, focusing on Client Relationship Management and Sales Support for Prime Broker, Broker-Dealer, and Investment Advisor businesses.
Earlier in his career, Jim served as Assistant Director at New York State’s Office of Homeland Security, where he spearheaded the development of the nation’s first counter-terrorism network, delivering real-time information to police, fire, and first responders across the state.
Jim holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Manhattan College. He is admitted to practice law in New York, previously held Series 7 and 24 certifications, and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
