Isabella Casillas Guzman is the 27th Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration and serves in President Biden’s Cabinet as the voice for America’s more than 33 million small businesses and innovative startups.
Guzman is a lifelong advocate, entrepreneur, advisor to founders, and leading government innovator on entrepreneurship. Under Guzman’s leadership, the SBA manages a $500 billion portfolio and supports over $50 billion in funding annually to America’s small businesses, innovators and disaster impacted communities. She instituted the most sweeping reforms in the Agency's history, expanding access to capital for historically underserved communities and scaling the agency to help more businesses start, grow, and be resilient.
