Heidi Jedlicka Halvarson (she/her) leads Programs and External Partnerships for the Medtronic Foundation. She has designed and led global philanthropic programming including disaster response, STEM, and community health. She is passionate about the power for change when working at the intersection of disciplines, sectors, and cultures.

Heidi holds a Master of Public Affairs from the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota. She also earned Project Management and Equity and Diversity Certifications from University of Minnesota as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from College of St. Benedict. She lives in Minneapolis, MN with her family and enjoys highbrow art and lowbrow tv.
