Gaurav is a partner in the Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I) services and leads the infrastructure resilience and recovery efforts in the state and local markets.

An architectural engineer with more than 19 years of experience, Gaurav specializes in supporting public sector entities involved in the delivery of large and complex multi-billion dollar disaster recovery programs, with a focus on long-term recovery and capital asset rebuilding strategies. He has been involved in recovery efforts in Texas, Missouri, Puerto Rico, New York, Louisiana, Colorado, Japan and Indonesia.

Gaurav has advised clients on project management oversight, governance assessments, risk assessments, contract reviews, policies and procedures, and management controls within several industries including energy, oil and gas, transportation, healthcare, hospitality and education.
