Join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and your colleagues on September 27th, 2022, for the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) National Learning Network (NLN) Fall Summit. A reception will take place the night before on September 26th at the Chamber building to network with your peers.
TPM has continued to grow thanks to a national network of TPM leaders and champions. This group has grown to more than 550 professionals and continues to impact communities across the United States and Canada. Each year, we gather these experts to network, discuss strategies and tactics for talent challenges, and opportunities for the future of TPM. This day-long, in-person summit will help enhance your TPM efforts, no matter where you are in implementation.

Lodging and Travel
Attendees are responsible for their own lodging and travel. View the Chamber's list of nearby hotels to assist in your reservations.
The TPM National Learning Network (NLN) Survey
The first 50 people that complete and submit the TPM National Learning Network (NLN) Annual Survey will be offered a $200 travel stipend for attending the TPM NLN Fall Summit.
The survey provides insight into TPM implementation in the field, where you have found success, and what barriers or challenges you have experienced. We encourage all our NLN members to fill out the survey, even if they are unable to attend the Summit.
Request for Session Proposals
We are looking for presenters that deliver exciting, engaging, and content rich sessions built on your own experiences implementing the principles of TPM. Presentations may be general enough for a large audience or developed for a specific TPM role or type of experience/application (e.g., rural communities, collaboration for small- and medium-sized businesses).
As a Conference presenter, you will:
- Receive 1:1 support from Foundation staff in developing your session outline for our audience.
- A $250/person stipend.
- Meet, network, and share your expertise with our TPM NLN network.
- Have your name and business affiliation published in conference materials.
- Receive recognition in pre-summit marketing and reception on September 26
Submissions are due on August 8th.
