Katelyn is the Head of Policy for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices, an advocacy program for graduates of the firm’s 10,000 Small Businesses initiative. Previously, she helped lead philanthropic efforts for Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women. Prior to rejoining Goldman Sachs, Katelyn served as Director of Partnerships at AppleTree Institute for Education Innovation, a non-profit focused on ensuring all students have access to quality early childhood education. She has also held a number of additional roles spanning education, philanthropy and policy. Katelyn began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Global Banking & Markets Division, supporting the firm’s hedge fund clients in launching and scaling their businesses. Katelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and a MPP from Vanderbilt University.
