Keller Anne Ruble is a seasoned early childhood systems and public policy expert with over ten years of experience working alongside and providing systems-focused technical assistance to various levels of government. Keller Anne is based in Denver, Colorado, and serves as a Client Success Manager for BridgeCare, a women-owned software firm that helps government agencies and nonprofits to manage their early care and education ecosystems.

In her role at BridgeCare, Keller Anne coordinates client use and management of BridgeCare’s software and supports their ongoing product needs. Keller Anne excels at assisting governments and organizations in informing, developing, and strengthening early childhood systems, using her experience of translating high-quality research to effective policy and practice.

Keller Anne’s professional areas of expertise include child care business model issues, economic returns of quality child care and early childhood investments, and advocating for tax and fiscal policies that support child and family well-being. Keller Anne is dedicated to helping organizations and policymakers across the country in creating sustainable, effective, positive change for children and families.
Keller Anne earned a B.A. in History from Clemson University and a M.A. in Urban Education Policy from Brown University (‘15).
