Aaron leads business planning and strategic initiatives at Aon, a global professional services firm employing 60,000 colleagues in 128 countries. He has over 25 years of experience consulting with clients and leading initiatives focused on corporate strategy, organizational effectiveness and talent development. Aaron also leads Aon’s university partnerships, focused on career pathways and industry-specific research.

During his career at Aon he has served in various roles including Chief Operating Officer of the Aon Operating Committee, Chief HR Officer for Aon Hewitt and Chief Talent Officer for Aon plc. As a consultant he has advised leading organizations around the world including Apple, GE and Merck.
Beyond Aon, Aaron has lectured extensively on the topics of strategy and leadership. In 2015, he co-authored a book based on his graduate teaching at Northwestern University titled Leading with Strategic Thinking.
