Olena Bilokon is a judge of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, Candidate of Law, lecturer, and member of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the National School of Judges of Ukraine. In a
career spanning two decades, Olena has gained extensive experience across all levels of the Ukrainian court system, from prosecutor and trial judge to appellate and cassation judge, and now the country's highest judicial body. Her judicial career has encompassed civil, administrative, commercial, and criminal matters, with a particular focus on civil law, family disputes, and the development of consistent judicial practice. Olena holds a Ph.D. in Law from the National Academy of Internal Affairs and a specialist degree in law from the National University Odesa Law Academy. A certified mediator, Olena co-authored the textbook "Mediation in the Professional Activity of a Lawyer."
