Hanna Lebedieva is a Judge of the Odesa Regional Administrative Court, Ukraine, and a Trainer at the National School of Judges of Ukraine. She has over 20 years of experience in the judiciary, including
more than 14 years as a judge. Prior to her current appointment, she served as a judge of the Mykolaiv Regional Administrative Court, where she was also a Judge Speaker and a Board Member of the Judges
Association of Ukraine. Hanna holds a Ph.D. in Law from the National University “Odesa Law Academy,” an LL.M. in Mediation from Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania, and a master’s degree in law and economics. Hanna’s professional interests include the rule of law, judicial independence, human rights, administrative justice, mediation, and strengthening resilient judicial institutions.
