Mohamed Bakry is a Judge at the Technical Bureau of the Egyptian Court of Cassation. With more than 12 years of experience within Egypt's justice system, he previously served in the Public Prosecution
Office, civil and commercial courts of first instance, and the Economic Court. His professional interests lie at the intersection of commercial law, arbitration, intellectual property, and comparative legal studies.
Mohamed teaches business law at Misr International University and has co-authored publications on the jurisprudence of the Egyptian Court of Cassation, focusing on arbitration and financial and banking systems. He serves as an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Doctrine, Judiciary, and Legislation and is a registered arbitrator and mentor for Egypt -Scholars Inc.
