Libby Beiting-Lipps is Executive Director of ACCUPLACER and CLEP at College Board, where she leads the strategy, operations, and external engagement for two national assessment programs serving high school, college, and adult learners. With more than a decade of experience in digital assessment, higher education innovation, and program development, she has built and scaled education solutions that expand access, accelerate learning, and improve student outcomes, bringing a strong perspective on the connection between education, workforce readiness, and community resilience.
ACCUPLACER supports colleges and workforce training providers in identifying learners’ readiness and the supports needed for student success. CLEP allows learners to translate prior knowledge into college credit, saving time and money on the path to degrees and careers. Her work with these programs is grounded in strengthening opportunity pipelines and helping institutions prepare more learners for high-demand fields, including the skilled trades that are essential to mitigation, rebuilfing, and long-term resilience.
