Lina Ochman leads Anthropic's Small and Medium Business (SMB) practice, building the company's go-to-market work to bring frontier AI to America's SMBs. She launched Claude for Small Business, a plug-in that helps owners run operations workflows alongside AI agents, along with other educational initiatives geared towards educating SMB owners on how to leverage AI.

Before Anthropic, Lina spent over a decade scaling go-to-market organizations at high-growth technology companies including Miro, Segment, Flexport, and Quantcast. Throughout her career, she has focused on connecting emerging technology to the businesses and people who stand to gain the most from it.

Lina holds a BA in International Development & Investment from UC Berkeley. She is based in the Washington, DC area.
