She currently serves as the Head of U.S. Public Policy & Economic Graph at LinkedIn, where she brings a strategic, relationship-oriented approach to advancing policy initiatives and translating complex labor market insights into meaningful impact.

Catlin began her career in public service in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks, joining the office of Nancy Pelosi in 2001 after an early path in the music industry. She went on to serve as Chief of Staff, where she played a key role in overseeing a range of policy and operational efforts.

Following her time on Capitol Hill, Catlin transitioned to the tech sector, holding roles at Meta and now LinkedIn. Across her career, she has built a reputation for bridging diverse perspectives, fostering strong partnerships across political ideologies, and driving forward innovative, high-impact ideas.

In addition to her professional work, Catlin is deeply committed to community engagement. She co-founded a women’s fundraising group, launched an organization focused on addressing food insecurity among the homeless, and serves on multiple boards.
