Kerry McKittrick is the Director of the Project on Workforce, a Cross-Harvard initiative between the Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Graduate School of Education focused on the intersection of education and workforce development. A 2025 Aspen Institute Ascend Fellow, she is recognized for driving structural reforms that strengthen cross-sector collaboration and reduce inequities.
Previously, Kerry served as Senior Policy Advisor to Congressman Jim Langevin, shaping federal policy across education and workforce portfolios, and as a Senior Manager at Jobs for the Future. She began her career in politics managing a successful Massachusetts state legislative campaign.
Kerry holds a Master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she was distinguished as a Leadership in Education Fellow, and a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University.
