Boz Vitanova is Founder and CEO of TeamLift, a venture-backed AI startup that trains employees to become AI Champions through 1:1 expert instruction. The company is built on a finding from 11 years of research that began during Boz's Fulbright: real skill develops through guided practice on real problems. Courses and workshops rarely produce it. That conviction now drives the company's work on the biggest workplace shift of our time, grounded in a simple premise: the people who are best at their work should be the ones deciding how AI changes it.

Boz has served as an NSF I-Corps Instructor at Brandeis University, helping commercialize academic research. She previously founded two organizations: EML Solutions, a consulting company that used skills data for effective project-based teaming, and Yunus&Youth, a global social enterprise supported by Nobel Peace Laureate Muhammad Yunus that has helped scale 260+ impact-driven businesses across 65 countries.
