Naomi currently leads the T3N2 Work Group for the T3 Innovation Network. As co-founder of Pensarus, a boutique education consulting firm, Ms. Szekeres has led teams in the education, business, and IT arenas, managing projects and departments with annual budgets of up to $150mil. This work has occurred with diverse entities, including the US Department of Education, the US Department of Health and Human Services, the National Head Start Association, the Urban League, Jersey City Public Schools, Broward County Public Schools, the City of Indianapolis, PNC Bank, Nike, and others. Her transformation work in schools has raised student graduation rates by 80% within two years and reading performance by 125% within six months. In the private sector, she redesigned back office functions in four months to yield $2.7 million savings per quarter.

Outside of Pensarus, Naomi has worked for tech start-up Magic Leap, consultancy ICF International, Marriott Charter School, and retailer Gap, Inc. She supported numerous education organizations, including co-founding the Tier 1 ranked Sela Public Charter School, and she regularly presents on transformation strategy in both the public and private sectors. She was an Export DC Delegate to South Africa, received the Kawamura Fellowship to Japan, won Principal’s Award and Teacher of the Year Award from Hospitality High School, and earned the ETS Praxis II Excellence Award. Naomi participates in the Higher Education Administration and Leadership doctoral program at University of Florida, holds an MEd from George Washington University, and earned an AB magna cum laude in Sociology from Harvard College.

Naomi lives in South Florida, where she parents twins and trains with Swim Fort Lauderdale Masters Team.
