Dan Restuccia serves as Head of Product at AdeptID where he works to develop skills-based talent matching and career navigation solutions. He has spent his career developing products at the intersection of big data, workforce development and educational opportunity. His research has helped to shape the national conversation on careers and the skills gap and has been featured in publications including the New York Times, Wall St Journal and the Economist. Prior to AdeptID, he was Chief Product and Analytics Officer at Burning Glass Technologies (now Lightcast) and held positions at Jobs for the Future, Amazon Alexa, and as a math teacher at an urban public high school. He holds a BA from Brown University.
