Eileen Kelly Rinaudo is the Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for the U.S. Chamber Foundation.
Before joining the U.S. Chamber Foundation, Eileen spent 19 years at McKinsey in their Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice. Eileen partnered with C-suite client teams across diverse industries on critical strategy, investment, transaction, and transformation efforts on a global scale. She led McKinsey’s Joint Venture and Alliances Service Line, determining the external focus as well as cultivating innovative new capabilities, practice knowledge and assets. Eileen was also the Global Executive Director of McKinsey’s Advancing Women Executives – an initiative designed to empower senior executive women to become CEOs and optimize their leadership potential while creating and galvanizing a supportive community.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Eileen worked for Goldman Sachs in the merchant banking division. Eileen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
