Lettie Nocera is the Director of the American Savings Education Council (ASEC) for the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Economic Policy Program. She has an extensive background in stakeholder engagement across various sectors including public health, housing, and small business.

ASEC is a unique public-private partnership formed in 1994 by the U.S. Department of Labor and the Employee Benefit Research Institute. Acquired by the Bipartisan Policy Center in 2022, ASEC convenes senior industry representatives, regulators and lawmakers, and other key stakeholders to foster open dialogue and advance momentum on key issues surrounding financial well-being, bringing attention to the issues of retirement security and financial security while also educating the public and policymakers through events, research, and media.
