Zsuzsanna is the Executive Director of The Fuller Project, leading organizational strategy and ensuring alignment of business operations and resources for maximum effectiveness. With nearly 15 years of experience in women’s rights and democratic governance, she brings expertise in driving change for women and fostering strong partnerships with activists, nonprofits, and funders.

Previously, she spent eight years at the Open Society Foundations, overseeing women's rights work and strategic planning and impact measurement for their human rights portfolio. Zsuzsanna has also advised on national policies for women's inclusion in peace processes and security sectors and provided capacity building for various democracy and peace and security projects through her work at Inclusive Security, the National Democratic Institute, and Search for Common Ground.

She holds an MA in international peace and conflict resolution and is fluent in Hungarian, French, and Spanish.
