Michelle brings 20+ years of experience generating dynamic sales and marketing solutions for corporations and startups. She has held various senior sales and marketing leadership positions with leading organizations including AT&T, Sprint, and Prodigy Communications. She has also worked with some of the largest management consulting firms in the country McKinsey, Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC, to name a few.
Drawing from her vast professional experience including founding her own start up Marketing Advisory Firm in 2005, she was named Minority Entrepreneur of the Year by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency in 2008. Michelle is an advocate for lifelong learning and graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a BA in Business Management. She has also attended Dartmouth College, Tuck School of Business Entrepreneurial Program with a scholarship provided by AT&T supplier diversity. In addition, she attended Harvard University’s School of Continuing Education for Design Thinking and Yale University Women’s Leadership program. Most recently she completed McKinsey’s Executive Leadership Program as well as Wharton’s Executive Education Program Leveraging Machine Learning for Business.
Michelle has a passion for building businesses and is building T-Mobile’s Federal Civilian business in her current role, working with clients on Capitol Hill as well in the national security, space, health, and financial services verticals, among others.
She lives in the Washington, DC area with her husband and 15-year-old son.
