Tracey Cournoyer serves as Chief Information Officer of Bond & Specialty Insurance at Travelers, where she is a part of the leadership team that leads the multi-year transformation of B&SI's technology ecosystem aligned to business strategies. Her 20-year career at Travelers consists of data and software engineering, architecture, and leading large transformational efforts.

Tracey most recently served as a member of Travelers’ Enterprise Data & Analytics Senior Leadership Team and Chapter Leader for Data Engineering. She played a pivotal role in evolving and transforming the Data & Analytics technology footprint and made significant progress towards modernizing the company’s next-generation Data & Analytics technology platform in the Cloud.

She is co-chair of EmpowHER+, a Travelers’ Tech & Ops professional business group designed to inspire women to achieve their full career potential and drive business outcomes.
