Kim joined PwC over 25 years ago as an assurance (audit) associate. Since her transition into the Human Capital team, she has served in many roles ranging from recruiter to diversity leader to global project leader. She now leads the Talent Strategy and People Experience Center of Expertise. In this role, she is focused on enhancing the day-to-day People experience across the PwC US/Mexico firm for its 55,000 partners and employees. She leads various firmwide initiatives in areas including flexibility, diversity and inclusion, and talent strategy.
Kim has been featured in media outlets such as DiversityInc., CNBC, HR Daily Advisor, and most recently, in Fortune for her article “The secret sauce for keeping women in the workforce”. Kim has also been recognized as one of the Black Women Leading the Way in Corporate America by Fairygodboss, the largest career community for women.
Kim graduated with Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Oklahoma and is licensed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
When away from work, Kim is "Mom" to her daughter, Aliya, who is in her fourth year at New York University and is a talented writer. They both adore their alpha female Black German Shepherd, Scout.
