Allison Tummon Kamphuis is Vice-President Communications, Global Equality & Inclusion and Community Impact at Procter & Gamble (P&G). Allison has been with P&G for nearly 25 years and leads P&G’s efforts to be a force for good in communities around the globe and multiple Equality & Inclusion partnerships, initiatives and communications across the company.
P&G aspires to build a better world, one free from bias with an equal voice, equal opportunity and equal representation for all individuals. Through its brands, corporate voice and people, the company is leveraging insights to uncover bias and taking actions to spark conversations and motivate change. In parallel, the company’s Community Impact initiatives provide clean drinking water using P&G packets through the Children’s Safe Drinking Water Program as well as product and in-kind donations as part of global Disaster Relief and local community support. P&G partners with a diverse network of 200+ public, private and non-governmental organizations to make an impact around the globe.
Allison is a member of the IOC Women in Sport Commission, Save the Children’s Corporate Council, and All In Together’s Board of Directors. She is a past member of the National Academy of Medicine Forum on Public Private Partnerships in Global Health and Safety, the WHO/UNICEF International Network on Household Water Treatment and Safe Storage, Global Citizen’s Women & Girls Advisory Board, and a Clinton Global Initiative Program Advisor. She is a frequent speaker on gender equality and inclusion, community impact, WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) and building partnerships for impact.
Allison joined P&G Pharmaceuticals in 1996 where she gained over a decade of experience in research and development leading clinical operations for global cardiac clinical trials. She has an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University in Canada. Allison lives in Liberty Township, OH with her husband and two teenage daughters.
