Brandi Marsh is the Head of Human Resources, Diverse Workforce Solutions. She is a member of the Human Resources Executive Committee (HREC) for Johnson & Johnson and is based in New Brunswick, NJ.
In this role, Brandi leads the development and execution of an end-to-end approach, spanning across the full spectrum of HR, from talent acquisition to total rewards and global talent management to strengthen attraction, development and retention of diverse talent across Johnson & Johnson.
Prior to this role, Brandi was the Head of HR, US R&D and External Innovation, and was responsible for delivering on HR strategies in support of the Global R&D and External Innovation teams aligned with the enterprise and sector HR strategies across the region.
In 2016, Brandi was the Head of Human Resources, Switzerland where she successfully led the design and implementation of the HR Enterprise Standards & Productivity Model (ESP) as well as the HR Council for Switzerland.
Brandi started her career at Johnson & Johnson in Talent Acquisition and during her 20+ years with the company she’s held a variety of Human Resource leadership roles across the Enterprise leading teams and initiatives to strengthen the capabilities of our People Leaders.
As an HR Business Partner, she has supported the senior leaders of various groups across Johnson & Johnson and successfully collaborated to advance their business strategies. Brandi also led and was responsible for the development and implementation of global strategies, tools, and resources to enhance the Performance Management & Development capabilities of people leaders and employees.
Brandi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Sociology, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Leadership, both from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
