Fiona Harley will participate in her second Abbott high school STEM internship this summer. Last summer she worked with Abbott’s Vascular division alongside a team of engineers on heart pump technology. She says she hopes to pursue a career in STEM one day. Until then she spends her free time as a competitive Irish dancer and classically trained pianist.
