Molly Schaefer has been an educator for 30 years and principal at Thomas Jefferson Middle School for the last three years. She has spent her entire career in Waukegan, teaching English and as a school administrator. Molly earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Secondary Education from St. Norbert’s College in Wisconsin and hold a master’s degree in Education Leadership from Lewis University. She believes all students can learn and education is the key to opening opportunity.
