Judy Dougherty is head of enterprise capabilities for Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU). In this role, she leads a U.S.-focused enterprise strategic relationship management team focused on deepening relationships with institutional clients and other external partners.

Dougherty also oversees delivery of Prudential’s holistic and integrated Financial Wellness capabilities—a suite of educational programs, tools, advice and other solutions that provide practicable strategies for improving individuals’ financial resilience, productivity and overall wellbeing. Thousands of organizations now offer these capabilities to help their employees and members better manage day-to-day finances, achieve important financial goals and protect against key financial risks.

Previously, Dougherty led Prudential’s Strategic Initiatives Group where she managed a broad range of strategy development and thought leadership activities for the firm’s U.S. businesses. She has served as vice president, Finance, for Prudential’s institutional businesses and held several positions in Prudential Retirement’s defined contribution business, spanning client management, operations and finance.

Dougherty is a member of Prudential’s U.S. Management Council. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Scranton.
