Will is a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Tribal Planet Inc, a Silicon Valley Technology Company that delivers platforms that connect organizations and citizens around Social Impact priorities, driving engagement, trust and delivering measurable impact on people, communities, organizations and our planet. He is accountable for driving market-centricity across Tribal Planet’s business and leads global market development, customer relationships, commercial partnerships, customer solution delivery and the translation of Tribal Planet’s vision and market requirements into the evolution of solutions.

He is passionate about how innovative technology products can bridge the physical and digital worlds and drive positive behavioural change and real life actions that contribute to a more sustainable, fair and equal world, in particular with Millennials and Gen-Z.

Will started his career as an engineer, moving into technology consulting and delivery where over a 20 year period he shaped and delivered major technology transformation programs.

He has worked extensively across the private, public and non-profit sectors. This includes multinational consumer products corporations such as Unilever, Diageo and PepsiCo, a range of high profile, multi-billion dollar UK government digital transformation programs in the Health, Identity and Criminal Justice sectors, and US and global non-profits including Girl Scouts of the USA, Junior Achievement Worldwide and the Aspen Institute.

Immediately prior to Tribal Planet, Will was a Partner with Ernst & Young Advisory, where he led the Middle East and North Africa Social Infrastructure business, focusing of digital transformation of education, labor markets, youth development and social welfare.
