Since joining Gore over 25 years ago, Matt’s commitments have focused on product and technology development for Gore’s Fabrics Division. Leveraging Gore’s unique culture and deep knowledge in the area of engineered materials he has lead the development and commercialization of multiple product innovations supporting the growth and success of the GORE-TEX brand. In his current role, he is guiding the consumer fabrics division’s sustainability journey towards responsible performance ensuring impactful strategy development, execution, and organizational alignment across the global business. Prior to Gore, Matt worked in a variety of product engineering, manufacturing and business development roles spanning multiple industries.

Matt has a BS in Ceramic Engineering and is an avid outdoor recreationalist.
