As Executive Director of Charleston Women in Tech from 2019 - 2022 Nina helped establish initiatives to help grow, attract and retain diverse tech talent to the Charleston region through programs such as CodeON (Coding in Our Neighborhood) that provide computer science resources, education & career mentorship with local tech professionals for kids in low-income areas that exist in the ‘digital divide’.
