Mike Hadley brings nearly 20 years of experience in strategic growth, talent development, and organizational leadership. Since joining Edward Jones in 2008, he has held key roles across the U.S. and Canada, leading initiatives that expanded the firm’s financial advisor network and strengthened its regional leadership.

Currently, Mike serves as Senior Director of the Workplace Business Segment, where he oversees national strategy and growth of Edward Jones’ workplace offerings. He partners with markets and divisions to advance financial wellness for employees and business owners.

A Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Mike also serves on the boards of the CFP® Workforce Development and the Arizona Black Chamber of Commerce, reflecting his commitment to inclusive economic growth.
