Justine Fédronic is the Community Impact and Partnerships Manager at For All Mothers+, a nonprofit working at the intersection of motherhood and sports to dismantle the Motherhood Penalty and advance equitable policies for mothers. She partners with corporations and donors to design programs and campaigns supporting active moms, including Level the Playing Field with Cofertility, which harnessed athlete storytelling to expand awareness and access to fertility resources, and the Childcare So They Can Get Out There Grant with Strava, which awarded $2K each to 50 recreational athlete moms to offset training-related childcare costs.
She serves as Art and Culture Coordinator at Janji, a trail running brand, developing international artist collaborations to expand global connection through running. Previously, she led Community Impact and Sports Marketing at Oiselle, fostering local run clubs, supporting professional athletes, and creating nonprofit partnerships.
A 2016 Olympian in the 800m, French National Record holder, and European Championships Bronze Medallist, Justine was also a 5-time All-American at Stanford, where she studied Product Design and Earth Systems. Her perspectives are shaped by her French-Caribbean and Hungarian heritage, her upbringing across cultures, and her journey as an immigrant and professional athlete.
