Meredith Medlin Dooley, Vice President of Partnerships and Programs at AOF, leads the design, implementation, evaluation, and promotion of programs that serve 10,000 small business owners across the country each year. Since joining AOF in 2016, Meredith has grown her scope to include leadership of the organization’s online learning, one-on-one advising, cohort-based programs, small business grant opportunities, in-person and virtual events, and more. She holds degrees from Boston University and Georgetown University, is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and now resides in the New York City suburbs.
